With a remarkable career spanning over 15 years in public affairs, Olbrei brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in political, business, labor and philanthropic sectors.

Her expertise encompasses strategic messaging, public policy, crisis management, government and media relations, and coalition development. Among her notable achievements is leading the day-to-day operations of a Los Angeles Mayoral campaign, managing a $110 million budget, and pioneering efforts to engage first-time voters and marginalized communities.

France is familiar territory for the veteran strategist who holds a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, Master of Science in Teaching from Fordham University, and Maîtrise from L’Institut Catholique de Paris. Early in her career, she worked as a public-school teacher and administrator in the South Bronx. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the American University of Paris.
