“This partnership is a tremendous asset for our firm, especially coming on the heels of shifting political dynamics,” said Fabian Núñez, Managing Partner at Actum. “As clients increasingly seek strategic counsel to anticipate and address potential impacts on their businesses and goals, we’ve significantly bolstered our ability to meet that demand and deliver unmatched public affairs and results-driven advocacy solutions across California and beyond.”

Wetch is widely recognized for his influential role in California’s legislative and regulatory arenas, with a career spanning over three decades of successful advocacy for clients across diverse industries. “Joining Actum represents an exciting new chapter for our clients,” said Wetch. “The combined resources and expertise of our teams will allow us to offer a broader range of services and more innovative solutions, all while maintaining the personal touch and client-centered approach that has been the hallmark of our success.”

Joining Wetch in Sacramento office are three key team members who bring valuable expertise including Alison Ramey, a seasoned lobbyist with extensive experience in legislative advocacy landscape, will serve as a Managing Director. Martin Vindiola, an attorney and former legislative committee consultant, will join Actum as a Vice President. Additionally, Debbie Norton, a long-time legislative assistant to Scott, will be a Director in the firm.
